The Anzere resort is located over the river Rhone in the heart of one of the most beautiful Swiss cantons - Valais , about 1500 m. above sea level.
Twelve mountain peaks over 4000 m. high surround the resort. Nearby is located the world famous Krans Montana resort with 200 km. of ski slopes and super luxurious villas owned by celebrities from all over the world.
The Anzere resort itself is medium sized, with many typical Swiss buildings called Chalets. Rising over the valley of the river Rhone, Anzere offers a breathtaking panoramic view from Bitshorn to Mont Blanc.
Around Anzere there are about 52 km. of ski and snowboard slopes with height between 1500 and 2500 m. serviced by 11 lifts. The cabin lift is about 350 m. from the central square where Des Masques hotel is located.
