In the summer the life in Anzere is very interesting.There are various events every day : billiards and fishing tournaments, excursions to the Vilhorn glacier, wine tasting in various wineries, march with overnight in the "Odan" mountain hut etc.

In mid-July for two days is held the traditional festival of the Bull. A bull is roasted on a spit for 15 hours and is served as feast to the guests of Anzere accompanied by concerts of folk and brass bands.

Along with that is organized a hiking trip on the mountain pastures.

Around 300 cars take part in the international mountain rally Anzere - Ayent.

The 1st of August is the Swiss national holiday - Independence day.For this occasion in the day is organized a cortege, and in the evening - fireworks, brass band, ball, dances and feasts.

For the lovers of wine and wine tasting at the beginning of August is organized the Holiday of the wine with a lot of folk music. A demonstration of the production of cheese is made with various performances of folk groups and a ball in the open.

In September is held the holiday od the Alps.This is a feast for the farewell to summer, accompanied by fine wine, delicious dishes, entertainment and games.

Unforgettable memories remain from the flights with a two-seat plane over the Alps or skiing with heli-ski.

Every monday the tourist bureau in Anzere offers wine as a treat for all those who descend from the slopes.

On Christmas Eve Santa Claus comes to the central square in Anzere and gives gifts to the children. In the New Year's Eve in Anzere plays music, all people congratulate each other for the new year and have a typical Swiss Onion soup.
