Paragliding

The Anzère Paragliding School is very active, both in winter and in summer. Two Instructors provide lessons leading to pilot licence exams, programme training courses as well as piloting flights in a twin-seat paraglide for beginners or fun-seeking passengers. Favourable atmospheric condition in the region has attracted many paraglide enthusiasts. During weekends it is not unusual to see over thirty colourful paraglides turning and gliding above the Anzère sky.

Climbing *

There are over 300 outfitted climbing passages in the region, in different sectors. This variety of cliffs and walls offer a choice of different features for beginners as well as advanced climbers.

Anzère : The Pierre à Pérè is a cliff for beginners.

Arbaz : Facing south at 1100m, the cliff in Arbaz is accessible from early spring till early winter. With 54 routes in 3 sectors,

Arbaz an ideal school for all levels.

Rawyl :The Rawyl region features 160 accenting passsages for all levels (from 4 to 8c) with 6 main sectors.
